As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart.

THERAPEUTIC (Deep Tissue)
Massage therapy is the scientific manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the purpose of normalizing those tissues and consists of manual techniques that include applying fixed or movable pressure, holding, and/or causing movement of or to the body.

HOT STONE
Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where we use smooth, heated stones as an extension of our hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so we can work more deeply.
